Refund Policy

Our position, plainly
If WriteEulogy didn’t do its job — the eulogy never unlocked, the PDF wouldn’t download, you were charged twice, or what came back was unusable — write to support@writereulogy.com and we will refund you. You don’t need to argue your case or explain yourself. You are burying someone; this is not the moment to fight about $24.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within a few business days once Stripe has processed them.
How to ask
Email us with the address you used at checkout, and roughly when you paid. That is enough for us to find the payment in Stripe. Please write within 30 days of the purchase.
About the 14-day withdrawal right
EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Digital content delivered immediately is an exception, and the law only allows that exception if you actively agree to it.
So at checkout, before you pay, there is a box you have to tick: that you ask for your full eulogy to be delivered immediately, and that you understand you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once it has been delivered. Nothing is charged until you tick it.
We tell you this because you’re entitled to know it, not to hide behind it. The paragraph above still stands — if the tool failed you, ask and we will refund you.
Read before you buy
You can read the opening of your eulogy, and regenerate it as many times as you like, before paying anything. Please use that. It is the best way to know whether the writing suits you.
This page is plain-language boilerplate, not legal advice. Please have it reviewed before you rely on it.
